Key Responsibilities:

• Plan manpower, approve leave, and prepare duty rosters.
• Lead the maintenance team and ensure machines run efficiently with regular calibration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and housekeeping.
• Oversee daily production activities – grading, packing, wastage control, and reporting.
• Manage inventory, stock count, and packing material usage.
• Monitor logistics – maximize lorry loads, arrange drivers, and coordinate deliveries.
• Conduct training, safety briefings, and support HR in worker performance management.
• Handle technical and machinery issues, liaise with mechanics, and maintain spare parts.
• Communicate with sales team and ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Related field.
