Supervisor (Electrical)

Job Summary
Plan and execute (Manpower planning, Cost control, Attend Vessel Issue, Technical issue, achieve department target & KPI) and collaborate with supervisor and foreman for job execution.
Key Responsibilities
Read and understand technical specifications, prepare job-list, work schedule, plan material take off and manpower planning of yard men and contractor for each given jobs. Report department head and update any special contractor (Vendor/Maker) requirements
Order the material required as per material take off and co-ordinate with purchase department for timely delivery of the materials
During job execution, supervise and provide technical solution to electricians.
Ensure safety, discipline and welfare for all subordinates.
Collaborate with ship crews and ETO to ensure that trade work carries out as per specifications and to the satisfaction of the owner/class & timely completion. Ensure good quality work and perfect safety. Ensure that owner acknowledg...
