**How You Will Make an Impact**

In this role, you will lead the Facility Services team of 22 employees within a **large, fast-paced manufacturing plant** , ensuring that all plant systems, property, utilities, and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements. You will oversee daily team activities, drive equipment reliability, and maintain business continuity in an environment where uptime, quality, and safety are non-negotiable.
