Supervisor (FPCS GREAT EASTERN MALL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in monitoring daily outlet operation and administration, especially display, reports, stock count, merchandising and cleanliness;
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintain good relationship with all customers;
• Provide efficient after-sales service to the end users of company's products;
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customers;
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork;
• Monitor team productivity;
• Other duties which assigned by The Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a SPM qualification with pleasant personality
• Possess good work ethics, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset.
