Job Description

Demonstrate safe vehicle operation
Have a valid class 1 or 2 with valid air endorsement
Be able to work well with and respect other crew members
Be able to follow directions and complete tasks assigned
Complete paper work properly and in a timely fashion
Complete all training and demonstrate ability to perform tasks learned safely
Be punctual and fit to work
Maintain good housekeeping and self-motivated to help where ever needed
Follow all safety procedures showing ability to complete tasks safely and keep all tickets current
Have a willingness to learn and advance in the company
Know how to operate pumper units competently
Know how to competently service and maintain fluid pumps
Show vast knowledge of pump operation and procedures
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
Have a good knowledge different well site operations
