Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to all Health Centre employees and supervise Community Health Nurses (CHNs), community health representatives, and other health care professionals to deliver health services in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and department objectives.
• Offer clinical support and guidance to CHNs and the health care team in alignment with education preparation and scope of practice for Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
• Manage direct clinical and administrative supervision and training for CHNs and support staff, including budget management within an assigned fiscal year to ensure provision of comprehensive health services.
