Position OverviewReporting directly to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will oversee medium to large teams involved in manufacturing operations at Littelfuse, ensuring efficient, quality‐focused production that meets customer and operational goals.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment, balancing workforce according to production demand.Monitor attendance and punctuality, applying internal policies as needed.Stop operations that do not meet technical specifications and promptly escalates issues.Maintain control of materials, including work‐in‐process, scrap, and material flow.Communicate performance, goals, and updates through tier meetings, ensuring alignment on results and departmental objectives.Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, TPM, Kanban, SMED, an...
