Major Responsibilities an Authorities:- Assign personal to the corresponding activities as required by the company making sure the people are properly certified for the assigned operation- Make sure the personal wears the PPE and follow the safety rules as well the operation instructions for the assigned equipment- Keep the assigned personal informed of the daily production goals/schedule- Measure the hourly progress and take corrective actions if needed to meet the goal- Audit the operators follow the quality plan properly- Report the daily progress of the assigned production areas and take actions for recovery where needed- Follow the RIT properly and use it as base line when addressing the people in fault to any process or procedure- Promote the Fair treatment to all his subordinates- Manage the payroll process making sure the time records for the people are accurate and OT properly authorized.About Regal Rexnord- The Company's end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand t...
