Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily injection moulding operations and shift teams Set and optimize machine parameters (PP/ABS/PVC experience preferred) Troubleshoot defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, splay, and warpage Oversee mould changeovers and preventive maintenance coordination Monitor scrap levels, downtime, and cycle time performance Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards Requirements: 5+ years of experience in injection moulding supervision Strong technical understanding of moulding processes and materials Ability to lead operators and enforce process discipline DAE / Technical dipl...
