Supervisor, Investor Services Fund Services (Singapore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Investor Relations/Transfer Agent covering alternative client portfolios including hedge fund and private equity funds


• Act as an escalation point, ensure a high level of service to both clients and Investors;


• Oversee and approve capital activity including subscriptions, redemptions, capital call, distribution and fund transfers;


• Coordinate with different internal teams such as Fund Accounting, Fund Operations, Legal, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Regulatory) to ensure processes and workflows are aligned to meet client needs


• Supervise and train the team to perform all of the investor related services to the investment fund clients


• Establish and build relationships internally and also externally with clients


• Create an environment that motivates rewards and supports staff


• Provide training to staff on various operational issues
