JOB DESCRIPTION :

Outlet Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Crew.
• Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and ensure staffing levels are met.

Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer experience by handling feedback and resolving complaints effectively.
• Promote a customer-first mindset among the team.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and prevent wastage.
• Ensure proper cash handling, banking, and daily sales reconciliation.

Sales & Performance

• Work towards achieving sales targets and outlet KPIs.
