We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supervisor, Laboratory - Chemistry - Full Time, Days - Clinical Labs-Chemistry - Full-Time - 8:00AM.

In this role, the successful candidate The position is accountable for planning, directing, and controlling all phases of laboratory phlebotomy operations throughout the hospital, to effectively contribute to the hospitals mission and vision. Supervised all activities related to the proper functioning of the Customer Service and Patient Service Centers including all components of the workflow processes, staffing levels regulatory compliance, and when appropriate, supplies, financial management, schedules, and personnel management. Ensures all staff in the Customer Service and Patient Service Centers adhere to the Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures as well to all relevant Regulatory statutes and standards ( NYSDOH CLEP, DNV, CMS, etc.)
