Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for guiding and training production teams, ensuring all work is done safely, correctly, and that company standards are met. This includes maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, ensuring products are produced on time and meet quality checks, and implementing key quality standards such as BMOS, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP. The role also involves ensuring all workplace safety rules are followed.

Main Accountability

• Report to superior when there is any abnormality and perform troubleshooting as necessary
• Maintain good housekeeping of the plant
• Perform routine checks on plant equipment and regular maintenance
