Supervisor Maintenance

Amentum has an exciting opportunity for a full time position in the role of – Maintenance Supervisor at their Alice Springs office.

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the delivery of responsive and preventative maintenance services to ensure housing and facility assets remain safe, functional, and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating subcontractors, and optimizing labor, materials, and financial resources to achieve service excellence.

With a strong focus on safety, operational reliability, and customer service, the Maintenance Supervisor manages daily priorities, responds to critical incidents, and drives continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
