Supervisor, Manufacturing

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.



**General Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments
+ Arranges priorities based on production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials
+ Creates schedules and staffing requirements based on determined priorities
+ Reviews manufacturing and quality control standards
+ Develops and implements activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives
**Experience / Qualifications**

+ A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
