Supervisor - Manufacturing Engineering

The Supervisor – Manufacturing Engineering will manage a team of Engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. They will coordinate tasks, solve technical issues, oversee quality of work, ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations, and act as a bridge between the engineering team, clients, and other stakeholders. They will also ensure all test engineering activity aligns with agreed development plans and standards, foster high performance, and develop a culture of learning and empowerment.

• Manages manufacturing information systems functions for a specific user group/functional area to provide adequate technical support for new product or process developments, production, and product problems, or to identify possible new areas for technical exploration.
