Supervisor, Manufacturing

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

• Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments.
• Arranges priorities based on production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials.
• Creates schedules and staffing requirements based on determined priorities.
• Reviews manufacturing and quality control standards.
• Develops and implements activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

• A university degree required (i.e., Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
