Mission of the role:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies. This role acts as a link between management and employees, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
Your Mission:
Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage and supervise Service Technicians and Assistants, oversee leave schedules, and maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive work culture.
Safety Management: Conduct daily safety meetings, incident debriefs, PTOs, and enforce compliance with PPE, mine standards, and safety protocols.
Operational Oversight: Direct breakdown and repair activities on Epiroc machinery, ensuring adherence to proper maintenance and repair procedures.
Compliance & Reporting: Record all work in logbooks, prepare reports on breakdowns, spares usage, and maintenance, and ensure operational files remain compliant.
