Job Description
Lead Kenora’s recreational initiatives as the Supervisor of Civic Facilities. Ensure optimal operation and maintenance of pools, community centers, and other recreational areas.
The City of Kenora is looking for a full-time Supervisor of Recreational Facilities to oversee critical maintenance staff. This role involves directly managing operations and implementing preventative maintenance across various civic facilities. You will need to possess both leadership and technical skills to enhance the operational integrity of Kenora’s recreational services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance staff in the Recreation department
• Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols
• Schedule and oversee work for efficient team operations
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs
• Prepare necessary reports for ongoing facility inspections
Requirements:
• Must have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Relevant trades qualification necessary
