Supervisor of Occupational Therapy

Job Description We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve as a Supervisor of Occupational Therapy for pediatric services across Early Intervention and school-age programs on Long Island. This position includes a combination of administrative responsibilities, supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, and direct service provision to children in home, school, and community-based settings. The Supervisor of Occupational Therapy will support children with developmental delays, sensory processing needs, fine motor and visual-motor deficits, self-care delays, and functional participation challenges. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to support high-quality service delivery across multiple environments.
