KWAN KEE STORE is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Services Crew/ Chef to join our passionate team in IOI Puchong | Gurney Plaza | TRX | Publika. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment.

1) Outlet Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor stock ordering, inventory and wastage control
• Ensure SOP, hygiene and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in F&B / retail supervisory role
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

Salary: RM 2,500 - 3,000 (based on experience)
