Supervisor P2P

Job Purpose

The P2P Supervisor is responsible for leading end‑to‑end Procure-to-Pay operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor-related activities. The role oversees daily operational execution, supports continuous improvement, ensures compliance with internal controls, and acts as a key business partner to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Performance & KPI Management

• Ensure achievement of all P2P KPIs and SLAs across invoice processing, payments, and query resolution.
• Monitor payment cycles, transactional accuracy, and drive resolution of errors.
• Conduct regular drop‑in sessions with users for timely resolution of invoice or PO‑related issues.
