Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations, you will help the assigned pharmacy facilityplan, supervise, and evaluate daily operations so they can provide professional, effective, efficient, safe, and accurate pharmaceutical care activities and services.
Every day you will ensure the provision of professional, effective, efficient, safe, and accurate medication distribution practices. You will be expected to plan and evaluate day-to-day operations to meet financial objectives, oversee daily workload and staffing levels, oversee the workflow of subordinate staff, ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures, and perform all pharmacist department activities, as necessary.
