We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service. The Supervisor will manage staff, maintain operational standards, and support management in achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Train, schedule, and monitor service crew and kitchen staff
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordinate replenishment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
