• 8:6 FIFO roster at Owner Operator Gruyere Processing Plant  
• Drive successful delivery of our quarterly shutdowns 
• Supervisory experience in a mineral processing environment

You’ll lead a capable crew, champion safe work practices, and take ownership of planning and supervising shutdown activities — ensuring all operational work is planned and executed.

This role is offered on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.
