Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and prioritize the tasks of the quality control department to ensure adequate support for production, quality issue investigations, and new product introduction (FAI);
Participate in the evaluation of the capabilities of the quality control department (in terms of personnel, training, equipment, etc.);
Propose measures aimed at increasing the department's efficiency;
Supervise staff and develop the skills of quality control technicians;
Ensure that procedures and methods are followed by the quality control department members and their collaborators;
Act as the focal point for requests addressed to the quality control department, whether technical or short-term planning;
Participate in the medium and long-term planning of the quality control department;
Follow up on actions related to non-conformities raised during inspections (MRB);
