Supervisor, Reverse Logistics

The Reverse Logistics Supervisor manages end‑to‑end reverse logistics operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of returns, damages, pull-outs, recalls, RTV, and disposals. The role oversees daily team activities, coordinates with stores, suppliers, and internal departments, and ensures all transactions follow Watsons' SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise end‑to‑end processing of returns, damages, pull‑outs, recalls, RTV, and disposals.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, segregation, and documentation of all returned items.
• Manage inventory adjustments and proper system posting (WMS/SAP).
• Coordinate with stores, suppliers, Merchandising, QA, and Finance for RTVs and return issues.
• Track KPIs such as return accuracy, processing lead time, and RTV turnaround.
