Role Summary:
Document scrutiny & collection of applications for Passport processing.
Collection of visa applications & document scrutiny for visa processing, attestation & legalization services
Biometrics capture (Photo & Fingerprints)
Client facing – answering queries, advising applicants, managing disputes
Ensure all the administration and logistics of passport delivery to Embassy/ applicant / logistic company etc.
Maintain compliance with the standard operating procedures, manuals, etc. without deviation in the process.
Intimate the applicants about the available Value-Added Services and ensure delivery of Value-Added Service options to applicants/ customers.
Encourage the applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the Application Center.
