Supervisor SCT Inside Sales Support Your Responsibilities

About the role

This position focuses on team leadership and logistics sales process management to ensure operational excellence. You will play a key role in coaching the Sales Support team, overseeing tender, quotation, and opportunity management, and driving data accuracy to support our global sales goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, manage, coach, and train the Sales Support team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Oversee daily support functions such as tender management, quotations, Opportunity creation (Spot, Tender, Rate sheet) Sea, Air, LCL & FCL
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of tender, quotes, rates, and documentation
  • Generate sales and performance reports
  • Participate in meetings, calls etc. Coordinate with Leschaco Sales and with the system administrator
  • Support other tasks as assigned by Manager
