Supervisor - Sealing

Description

As our Sealing Supervisor, you will need to plan, organise, direct and control the activities and operations of Chip Seal Surfacing across our Masterton Region. This will include the management and supervision of our Sealing Crew to ensure optimal resource management.Role:You need to have proven previous experience in a supervisory/foreperson role, preferably within the Civil Engineering Industry and have a strong health and safety focus. You also bring:

Knowledge of sealing specifications and procedures and experienced in the use of bitumen or emulsion (advantageous)

Technical experience in the sealing treatment selection, binder application rates and site-specific adjustments.

Practical experience with chip sealing

The ability to drive projects and complete within specified time frames

High standard of workmanship

Ability to influence with demonstrated leadership behaviours that empower others
