Job Description
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Work Execution
Supervise daily construction activities and workforce.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and workers.
Monitor work progress and report status to management.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
2. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Enforce safety rules and company HSE policies.
Conduct daily toolbox talks.
Ensure workers wear required PPE.
