Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of theoutlet for efficient operations.
- Plan and assign daily workloads to teammembers.
- Plan team members’ work schedules and compile timesheet
- Report on management regarding salesresults and productivity
- Handle preparation and ensure desiredquality and standards service are achieved
- Develop marketing strategies to improvesales and profitability
- Provide excellent service experience toall customers
- Handle all customer queries and feedbackin a professional and timely manner
- Ensure that policies and standardoperating procedures are strictly adhered to
- Guide and monitor work performance of allstaff
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food,guest services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customersatisfaction and meet the company’s standards
