Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Oversight – Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor progress and report to project managers or senior engineers.
• Team Management – Manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on site. Assign tasks and ensure that everyone follows safety regulations and work procedures.
• Safety and Compliance – Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to minimize hazards. Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Quality Control – Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and standards. Address any quality issues promptly and coordinate corrective actions.
