**Job Description**

**Summary**

Supervisethe daily administration of the weekly payroll processing for 16,323 employeesdistributed in four Mexican Legal entities. Ensure accurate and timelyexecution of payroll process in compliance with all applicable local, state,and federal government regulations. Provide direct supervision to payrollanalysts by delegating and monitoring performance and workflow. Acts as aworking Supervisor by performing the same or similar work as direct reports.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Ensure theaccurate processing of the entire payroll cycle including the weekly payroll,interbank payments and manual checks. Assist to the stores in update and correct,as necessary, the weekly payroll submissions in order to ensure that computing,withholding, or deductions associated with net pay is done properly.
