Job Summary

Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support events, and drive revenue. Position: Part‑time, permanent. Location: Ottawa, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino for gaming and entertainment.
• Build and retain guest relations and mentor team members to provide superior service.
• Supervise daily operations of the Hard Rock Live Box Office.
• Assist in building concerts and events in the Ticketmaster system and creating promotions to boost Box Office revenue.
• Manage reconciliation of sales/deposits and prepare corresponding reports.
• Process internal and external ticket orders, coordinate ticket printing for marketing and promotional tickets, and communicate ticketing information regularly.
