Supervisor, Trading Operations

Oversee end-to-end trade desk operations, including execution, allocation, settlement, and reconciliation across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives

Execute single and block equity trades across multiple institutional managed accounts

Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Operations, and Compliance teams

Manage trade reporting, allocations, and reconciliations to maintain accurate portfolio records

Deep working knowledge of prime brokerage relationships and collateral management processes

Monitor portfolio cash levels to ensure sufficient liquidity for current and forward investment needs

Manage capital calls, collateral positions, and cash movements across custodial and prime brokerage accounts

Administer trade desk infrastructure, including OMS/EMS integrations, counterparty connectivity and data transmissions
