Summary As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding. This position serves as a Supervisory Aviation Safety Inspector who will manage a Flight Standards organization. Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight and safety assurance of a full range of certification, surveillance, compliance, enforcement, and inspection duties for assigned air carrier, airmen, and designees. Ensures that the assigned organization meets Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) with respect to the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).
