Supervisory Budget Analyst

Summary The primary purpose of the Supervisory Budget Analyst is to manage the formulation, preparation, justification, and execution of the budget for the Health Care Systems (HCS). The incumbent serves as point-of-contact and subject-matter expert for all matters relating to the budget process, fund control point management, funds analysis, data trending, costing of transactions, financial reporting, and generation of salary projections. Responsibilities Major duties include but not limited to: Prepares the facility's annual budget plan in a timely and accurate manner by employing a wide scope of analytical devices that include analysis of historical patterns, cost benefit and trend analyses, operating accounts and salary projections, data retrieval from a variety of sources, and interviews with program managers and subject-matter experts.
