Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the NAVSUP FLC YOKO REG. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** Responsibilities You will conduct contract pre-award and post award functions to include determining methods of procurement and contract type and obtaining appropriate approvals You will prepare solicitations containing appropriate provisions, clauses, terms and conditions that communicate requirements to industry. You will evaluate responses to solicitations for price reasonableness, compliance with terms and conditions, and adequacy of competition. You will perform cost and price analysis and negotiating a contract's terms and conditions. You will administer contracts to include contract scope determinations, contract modifications, supplemental agreements, justifications, approval reviews/fair opportunity evaluations and claims disputes, and contract terminations.
