The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the 423rd Civil Engineer Squadrons Operations Flight. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 423rd CES Operations Flight. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Directs the development and execution of the organization's long range work plans and budgets in support of engineering/operations planning and execution.
