SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND. Responsibilities You will manage the Federal Budget process, DON Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) cycles for the organization. You will evaluate complex legislation, policy, and regulatory decisions concerning Navy accounting, funds distribution, and civilian labor funding. You will communicate effectively and provide responsive and thorough answers to customers. You will create spreadsheets that effectively calculate and forecast data using detailed financial and accounting analysis. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
