The primary purpose of this position is to exercise first and second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Engineering Flight that comprises of Chief, Portfolio Optimization (CENP) and Chief Project Management (CENM) Elements in the Civil Engineer Squadron. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Engineering Flight. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Engineering Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
