Responsibilities You will serve as an advisor to Manager, Staffing and Classification and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC). You will work closely with Human Resources Organizational Management Branch (HROM) principal advisors in the areas of recruitment/classification and employee relations to provide management advice and service.
