Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

Summary The position is located in the Bureau of Personnel and Training (PERT), Office of Talent Services (TS), Client Services Division (CLI). This office oversees and integrates department-wide efforts to improve effectiveness and efficiencies through human resource shared services and organizational change management. This position serves as the Chief of the Client Services Division and is responsible for supervising the work of the Classification and Recruitment and Staffing Branches. Responsibilities Formulates Departmental procedures and new operating instructions and oversees their implementation to ensure an integrated, comprehensive customer service environment within the Department.
