SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Summary You will serve as a Construction Manager with NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII. This interdisciplinary position will be filled as a General Engineer (0801) or Architect (0808). A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time. Responsibilities You will provide accurate projections for construction workload to determine resource requirements. You will evaluate metrics as they relate to construction schedule and cost impacts. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, capabilities of the employees, and difficulty of assignments to drive optimal performance of the workforce.
