Supervisory Labor Management Relations Examiner (Officer-In-Charge)

Summary This position is in a Regional, Subregional or Resident Office of the National Labor Relations Board. The incumbent serves as an Officer-In-Charge assigned oversight of a Subregional office and exercises administrative and technical supervision over assigned personnel engaged in the following: investigating and negotiating settlements and recommending institution of formal action in cases, and providing counsel and opinion on the legal aspect of cases.
