Summary This position is in a Regional, Subregional or Resident Office of the National Labor Relations Board. This position is responsible for the supervision of the investigation and handling of representation cases (R cases) of average complexity and a variety of unfair labor practices cases (C cases) which may range from simple to average complexity. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Labor Management Relations Examiner (Supervisory Investigator), GS-0244-15, your typical work assignments may include: Supervising Labor Relations Investigators and Field Attorneys who preside over and conduct public hearings, administer oaths, examine witnesses, and receive evidence; Reviewing drafts of complaints detailing allegations found to have merit and recommending a course of action; and reviewing investigative evidence and participating in negotiations.
