Summary This position is a Supervisory Park Ranger, GS- 0025-11 working in Ajo, Arizona for the IM-1541-ORPI. This is a not-to-exceed one (1) year temporary promotion assignment. This temporary promotion may be extended without further competition; however, it may not exceed a total of five (5) years. This temporary promotion may be made permanent without further competition. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Park Ranger (Interpretation) your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Determines staffing and funding needs, directs lower-graded employees in visitor center operations, schedules employees, monitors information provided to visitors, provides training to new employees, and develops and/or revises standard operating procedures.
