Summary This position is in Office of Business Integration (OBI), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), as the first-line supervisor for the Digital Production Solutions Staff in the Integration and Operations Division. The incumbent will supervise subordinate staff and work related to business processes, systems, and applications nationwide; lead planning and development activities for present and future business application projects. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Outcomes and results of subordinate staff and the delivery of products or services in accordance with schedules. With minimal direction, leads a multifaceted team responsible for a broad range of functions including but not limited to production operations management and support, requirements management, services and product delivery, and the management and execution of contract services.
