Job Description
Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS COMMAND, FOOD SERVICES AND SUBSISTENCE of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION. Responsibilities You will assess future requirements in Mess Halls worldwide and make Strategic recommendations for changes in structure, budgetary requirements and processes. You will oversee the overall planning direction and timely execution of all Garrison Food Service contract(s). You will supervise, plan, schedule, assign, and direct the work. You will resolve conflicts in policy and program objectives in very complex or controversial transactions using subordinate technical experts. You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Regional Garrison Food Service Contracts (RFHSC). You will determine goals and objectives, the best approach for resolving budget shortfalls and plan for long-range staffing needs.
